Every Orlamere fitting carries a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship: a shade that splits, a joint that works loose, a driver that dies inside a year, a switch that stops clicking. We repair or replace it and refund the return postage.
What is covered
- Cracked, crazed or flaking glaze and plaster finishes
- Shade seating that does not hold, threads that strip
- LED drivers, switches and sockets that fail under normal use
- Cord runs and terminations fitted incorrectly at the factory
What is not
- Bulbs, and any fitting connected to a faulty wall socket
- Damage from water where the fitting is not rated for it, or from a child
- Cosmetic marks on a fitting that has been stripped, painted over or used with solvents
- Custom lengths that were cut for you
Claiming
- Email service@orlamere.com with the order number and a photo.
- We confirm the claim within 1 business day and tell you whether to return it or keep using it.
- Return postage is ours if the fault is ours. Replacement ships the day the claim is approved.
The warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and to the 30-day return window — it does not replace them.
