1 · Using this site
By ordering from orlamere.com you confirm you can contract legally. Prices are in US Dollar, shown excluding import duties and taxes, and we may change prices at any time — the price you pay is the one on the day your order is confirmed.
2 · Orders
An order is a request until we accept it. We accept when we send the dispatch confirmation, so if a light sells out between order and check we email you and refund in full, fast. Custom orders (long cords, non-standard finishes) are binding once confirmed.
3 · Delivery
Times on the shipping page are estimates from the dispatch date, not guarantees of arrival. See section on duties on that page.
4 · Cancellation
Before dispatch, write to us and we cancel with a full refund. After dispatch, use the 30-day return window.
5 · Warranty
2 years against faults in materials and workmanship, from delivery. It does not cover wear from misuse, water damage in a fitting not rated IP44, or bulbs.
6 · Your responsibility as a buyer
Install ceiling and wall fittings to the wiring regulations of your country, ideally by a qualified electrician, and turn the supply off before touching a joint. Fittings marked for dry locations should stay out of bathrooms and outdoors.
7 · Liability
We are liable for death or personal injury caused by our negligence and for anything the law will not let us limit. Beyond that our liability is limited to the amount of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as a room being unusable while a fitting is repaired.
8 · Intellectual property
Product photography, the Orlamere name and the shop's design belong to us. You may not copy them for your own store, listing or advert.
9 · Privacy
See the privacy policy, including how to opt out of anything.
10 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
