Our 30-day promise
Send it back within 30 days of delivery and we refund you, provided it comes back in the original packaging with the fitting, shade and fittings complete. You pay return postage on a change of mind; we pay it if the item was faulty or wrong.
How to return
- Email service@orlamere.com with your order number. You get a return address and a returns number the same day.
- Pack it in the original box if you still have it, with the returns number taped to the outside.
- Drop it at any courier point, or ask us to collect — for UK and EU returns we book the collection, you do not chase it.
- Refunds land on your original payment method within 5 business days of the item reaching our warehouse.
Condition we need
The fitting should be unused, unassembled beyond the test, and free of scratches. Bulbs supplied with the lamp can stay in. Custom lengths made to your specification are excluded from change-of-mind returns, but never from the 2-year warranty.
If it arrives broken
Take a photo of the packaging and the item and email it to us. We ship a replacement straight away and deal with the courier ourselves. You do not return the broken piece first.
Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Our own 30-day return window is wider than that minimum and applies in addition to it.
