Who we are
A small workshop, one room at a time.
Orlamere started because a lamp we wanted did not exist and nobody was making it at a price we could justify. We now make about 36 fittings a season, each one assembled, wired and tested by two people.
We ship from Taiyuan, keep a two-year warranty on everything, and answer email ourselves — usually within 1 business day.

Made to be kept
Three things we do not compromise on, whatever the price of brass happens to be doing this year.
Solid cast bases, hand-blown diffusers and real fabric flex. No thin plastic shells, no push-fit parts that loosen after a season.
Standard fittings and replaceable LED modules throughout. A serviceable repair beats a replacement, so we design for the second one.
One carton, moulded pulp, no polystyrene. Ships from our workshop in days and tracked the whole way, so the box is easy to carry in.
One email a month. Lamp finishes, restocks, nothing else.
